Our main priority & goal here at Complex Melodies is to share the musical gift God has given me & my family as CYclone Aka: CY & the woman God led me to, 1 year after I moved to Houston. God led me to GinaV & we was married right before MuchLuvv Records inc. released my first national debut album ‘the Complex’.
I had no idea my wife could sing until after I married her. Then it just so happened that we learned later that both of our daughters can sing & write at a high level too! (Nia inducted into the Honors Society & Recognized as a top writer above 60% of the top students in the state of Texas!)
My wife chose the name Nia & I chose the name Mya. When they became teens NiaMya came to mind. Then we studied the book of Nehemiah only to learn how it perfectly fit for what I believe God may be calling my daughters to do one day. Help rebuild cities for Christ & those cities are our young ladies & young men of our Generation.
Fast forward years later, we recently recorded our first family song ‘Tongue Kung Fu WORDFIST’ (2026) to help share & spread the message of the amazing Hope that we have in the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus Christ! Power goes to work for us when we repeat His Word as we go through life!
